This is a holding page for BRAVE & BRAW, a modern Scottish craft beer brewery located in Hidaka Village in Kochi Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan.

We have recently acquired the land where our brewery will be built and are working on the business details.

It is our hope that we can launch our brewery and pub in 2026 and are working hard to accomplish this.

BRAVE & BRAW will be a brewery which specialises in, modern interpretations of traditional Scottish beer styles, as well as brewing other styles using Scottish ingredients and methods.

BRAVE & BRAW comprises of two people currently, Sakino who is from Hidaka Village and grew up in the neighbourhood of the proposed brewery location, and her husband Jon, originally from Scotland who will be the head brewer.
